Cleaning Fee: There is a One-time $60 non-refundable cleaning fee charged irrespective of length of stay. The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.

Taxes: Oregon has no Sales Tax (enjoy Tax-Free shopping during your vacation). However, a mandatory 8% Room Tax applies for all lodging reservations in Oregon (including local and State taxes).
